The E Train Leadership Institute is more than an after-school program. We empower middle school boys through academic support, leadership development, mentorship, financial literacy, fitness knowledge, life skills, and introduction to various trades.

Our mission is to help every student build confidence, strengthen character, and discover the leader within themselves.

To help achieve this, the E Train framework was established to encourage students to graduate with a clear pathway toward success through one of four destinations:

Enrolled, Enlisted, Employed, or Entrepreneur.

The E Train Leadership Institute represents the next step in that mission by extending leadership development beyond the classroom and into the community.
