Every young man deserves a destination.
The E Train Leadership Institute (ETLI) is committed to helping middle-school boys develop the knowledge, confidence, character, and life skills needed to succeed in school and beyond.
Through mentoring, academic support, leadership development, and career exploration, we prepare young men for the four destinations: Enrolled, Enlisted, Employed, or Entrepreneur.
Programs Available
School-Year Leadership Program
Our school-year program provides ongoing mentorship, academic support, leadership development, and exposure to future educational and career opportunities. The program takes place Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
E Train Summer Academy (Coming Soon)
The Summer Academy is a four-week summer enrichment experience planned for Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will welcome both current ETLI participants and other eligible middle-school boys from the community.
Summer Academy dates, activities, tuition, and registration deadlines will be announced when enrollment opens.
Eligibility
Open to middle-school-aged boys.
Available to new participants and returning ETLI families.
Requires parent or legal guardian involvement in the enrollment process.
Subject to available spaces and completion of required registration documents.
Tuition and Financial Assistance
Program tuition and payment options will be provided during registration. Limited scholarship opportunities and sponsor-supported enrollment may be available, subject to funding and eligibility.

Tuition & Payment Options
At E Train Leadership Institute, we believe financial circumstances should not automatically prevent a young man from accessing opportunities for growth, leadership, mentorship, and personal development. Families have three payment options, and those experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to contact us to discuss additional support. Our goal is to help every young man who wants to grow find a way to get on board.

$130 per week
Monthly Payment Plan
$465 per month
Daily Payment
$35 per day
Tuition includes online payment-processing costs. No separate processing fee will be added at checkout.
Enrollment Process
Complete the enrollment form and await an acceptance email confirming your student's acceptance and program availability. Upon acceptance, you will receive instructions to complete payment using one of the available payment options below.
