PARTNER WITH THE E TRAIN

E Train Leadership Institute, LLC serves as a Program Operator and Service Provider.

E Train collaborates with qualified 501(c)(3) organizations, educational institutions, school districts, workforce agencies, government entities, employers, libraries, and community-based organizations to deliver youth leadership, academic enrichment, career exploration, workforce development, entrepreneurship, mentoring, and related services.

For funding opportunities requiring tax-exempt or other specialized applicant eligibility, E Train may participate through an eligible lead applicant, fiscal sponsor, subrecipient, subcontract, or contractual partnership when permitted by the applicable funding source.

The structure of each partnership is established through a written agreement defining responsibilities, scope of services, financial administration, reporting, compliance, insurance, intellectual-property/program ownership, branding, termination, closeout, and treatment of unspent grant funds in accordance with the applicable award.
